Annexation revisited

Tomorrow night (Thurs., 6/5), the City Council will be having a joint meeting with the Hassan Town Board at the Rogers Community Center @ 7pm. The Board, on last Monday night, decided they wanted to accelerate the merger date to Jan 01, 2012. This is up from the year 2030. I am not sure what changed from February when it was clear Hassan had no plans to accelerate the annexation. I hope to have more answers tomorrow and will post my thoughts after the meeting. I'll pass on information as I get it.....
